Nurturing the Healthy Dancer with Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, Rachel Fine. The virtual workshop will be held at AC Dance on Thursday, September 29th at 7:30 pm. This workshop is highly recommended for all dancers, parents, teachers, family members and yes, basically everyone! I encourage parents to attend! Rachel will be covering the following:
